So I downloaded a free trial of WTFast and I got in the game first try, does anyone know why Pingzapper would not be working? I tried a different one with manual selection after pinging them all again and it's been fine so far. Now this morning after I fire up Pingzapper, then load the FF14 launcher, while Iam typing in my passwords i hear a windows error noise quickly and the spot where iam typing jumps away, I have to click back onto that spot to finish the password, then I load up the game and it bottlenecks after I hit start, then gives me and crashes.

I am using pingzapper for more than a year. They said they don't support it meaning if you're having a problem with it, they wont help youbut they wont ban you for it. Not only ping boosters, people also use alternate launchers for fps problems and yeah most people got banned because of these and they mostly lift first ban with a warning telling you to not use them, second one is permanent. But, even knowing that almost everyone uses one. It would take days and a lot of effort for customer services to lift it. I need a confirmation about this, in case getting a ban for unknowning. Only the main file, the one being tunneled, should be the dx11 binary. It sounds like you didn't set the launch program to "ffxivboot. I've tried the tunneling option and running as administrator and nothing. I keep getting that force close error where "the application has failed to launch". If the launcher field is left blank and the main file is directed to the Dx11 exe client, it gives an error that the exe should be launched using the ffxivboot. Main game file pointing to the dx11 exe and launcher pointing to ffxivboot. Try leaving the launcher field blank? PingZapper does not appear to be attaching or tunneling when running the dx11 client for Heavensward.
